Recently, Dito Telecom is spotted its server on Ookla’s Speedtest website. This is to confirm that DITO is still pushing for its 37% area coverage by July despite the COVID-19 pandemic. There are test been made as their technical launch. Part of the requirements provided by the government is at least 27 megabits per second (Mbps).
Speedtest.net by Ookla has a definitive way to test the speed and performance of your internet connection. There commitment to providing transparency into the performance of networks is what drives them.
All you need is an internet connection and you can choose any server that’s available from Ookla. You will see the result seems promising. But this doesn't mean that DITO Telecom services is already available to the public.
