Free DITO SIM Card (Online Welcome Offer Package only)

Purchasing a DITO SIM in the DITO Online Store with 8 easy steps.

1. Visit DITO Telecommunity official Website.
2. Tap on Check Welcome Offer button.
3. Sign-up by scanning the QR code provided on the DITO website. (How to scan QR code? Open your smartphone camera and place it in front of the DITO QR code).
4. A pop-up notification will appear, tap to open in your default browser.
5. Validate your handset and location and then, read and check on the terms and condition of the package and privacy statement.
6. Then tap on Check Now button.
7. Fill in your details: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Confirm Email Address, Your mobile Number and 6-digit Pin Code.
8. Then tap Submit.

What happens is that, DITO will authenticate your details and will send an email containing the link to the DITO Online Store.

This package is Php 199.00. 

SIM Card is Free

You can pay using credit/debit cards and various e-wallet. You must indicate address where DITO SIM will be delivered, which should be within the promo areas only.

The promo package shall be delivered to you via third party couriers. 

The delivery fee shall be free of charge. 

It will take approximately three to five days to reach at your doorsteps.

NOTE: If you are unable to receive your order or received a damaged SIM card, you may reach out send an email to [email protected] or send your concerns via DITO's Facebook messenger or using the DITO App.

To activate SIM Card:

1. Insert the SIM in your compatible mobile phone and then switch ON your mobile data. 
2. DITO's new Welcome Offer will be automatically enabled upon SIM activation.
3. Confirmation on the activation of the SIM and the new Welcome Offer will be received via SMS and email.

New subscribers can purchase load credits through its DITO App which is available via Google Play, Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery soon, or from its DITO authorized retail partners.
